  Dwellings Design Center is simply amazing. I wanted to redo my kitchen and found it through a friend. Mike is amazing he came to my home and took measurements and walked me through the whole process and then we went to his showroom store and i was blown away. He has fixtures from Italy and some of the most outrageous things i could even think of. Literally things you would see in a magazine. I have hired dwellings to redo my kitchen and lighting and im super excited.

  BUYER BEWARE
  My parents are senior citizens and residents of the state of Florida. In June 2016 they hired Suncor Ft. Pierce, LLC for the construction of a custom home at 560 Stoney Brook Farm Court, Vero Beach, Florida 32968. All their dealings were with Suncor’s sole owner and managing member Michael Garofalo as well as Mike’s wife Mary at Dwellings Design Center, Inc (9010 20th St, Vero Beach, FL 32966). My parents hired Suncor to build their retirement home where they intended to spend their golden years. My parents found themselves without a home and out more than $100,000. My parents had to scramble to rent a house and are now leasing a home. Suncor does not dispute that it failed to deliver the home or that my parents were due their money back. After my parents obtained a court judgment on March 8, 2017, IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 19TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, CASE NO.: 312016CA000919, Garofalo did remit my parents initial down payment, but they were stuck with legal fees of more than $20K for which Garofalo has simply said that he does not have the money. Suncor knew my parents were Senior citizens in retirement and viewed them as an easy target. We want other prospective Suncor purchasers to be warned that they must do their due diligence on their developer and we don’t want any other seniors taken advantage of in the same way.
