  If I could give negative stars I would. I came to Florida to visit with family and I have a little Shih Tzu I need to take to daycare while our family went out for the day. I told by some at the Dog Park to take my baby to Orchid Island Dog Spa. So I went to Orchid Island Dog Spa to see if I get take a tour and see the facility. I could not believe what happened when I walked in. There was about 5 - 6 dog in the reception area?? loose and one jumped on the desk and no one was with them. A girl came up to the window and asked how could she help me. I said I would like to take a tour and she said just give me a minute. I saw her put the dogs out this side door. Then gave me a tour. My eyes almost feel out of my sockets. She took me through a door and she this is where are little dogs have daycare there was a baby gate being held up by a brick holding these poor little babies in an area that was not clean at all. The groomers were also in the same area running wires everywhere. I did not see that to be safe at all. Once outside the play area is very big but a lot of dirt and not much for the dogs to play with the tennis balls where very old and beat up. I then noticed NO ONE was even out watching those dogs she put outside before giving me my tour. My baby will never be put in that kind of environment and I recommend to all dog owners to be aware and careful of what is behind the doors.
