  We had our bed delivered on Friday. It had been 7 years since we last bought one. Wow what a difference, I had no idea what I was looking for, the guys at Serta mattress factory outlet took the time to find the right bed for us. We purchased the iSeries Jubilance and it is just like they said we are sleeping on a cloud. There was no pressure, No games they made us feel special through the whole process, and Even the delivery experience was exceptional. From the removal of our old bed to the set up off the new bed they were polite professional and courteous. In the store when they explained the differences between all the beds the warranties they explained it so we could understand. They even had my wife try a few different pillows, and yes we took 2 home with us. The edge frame they said we should get not only supports the bed but it looks fantastic. We are so happy they opened here in Vero Beach. We just wanted to let everyone know about them and just how happy we are. Hope everyone will sleep as well as we do.
