  VERY, VERY Pleased when I was a resident in the past. When I moved back to Vero this was my first choice. Staff is very professional and the apartments are nice. Mtc. Staff is quick to respond to any problem, and the grounds are kept nice.
  
  My only, complaint would be recently, the Flight students that live in the complex are loud/drunk most nights, and leave rubbish all over the east side of the complex. The grounds are kept very nice and Mtc. should not have to clean up after them.

  Great apartments. Nice, safe community. I HATE driving my garbage over to the compactor though. It's an insurance risk for other drivers, and damage to my rear windshield and paint. Would love to see dumpsters to walk the trash over to.
