  We had our realty company call us to book a showing by Vincent Beneduce from 2-3 pm, when 3:30 arrived and no one called to let us know what was going on we had to call our company. To our shock this realtor said he was tied up with his buyer and would have to cancel! Isn't there any accountability on the showing end to be courteous and let homeowners know they will be late? I certainly would not consider this realtor very ethical. Doesn't he realize that when given only a 3 hour notice how much work the seller has to do to prepare for the showing?
