  Alex Planes is a great dentist - his work is perfect. His office is clean and the hygienists give great cleanings.

  I've been seeing this dentist for over a year now. Alex is still great!! I think I may have offended someone unknowingly. Anyways, whenever I make an appointment with them, I receive a card with the date and time. I've started to keep them because EVERY TIME they call me to confirm my appointment, the time is changed. This seems insignificant, but with 3 children needing a babysitter this always creates a problem for me.
  Next is the issue of billing. My daughter, my husband, and I all have our teeth cleaned at the same place and utilize the IDENTICAL insurance. Three times now I have been charged three times as much as my husband and daughter. I will continue to use this dentist, because I think Alex is the best dentist in Vero.
  
  Update - 1/3/18
  I am convinced I am being discriminated against. It is time for my cleaning, and they have called me 3 hours before appointment to reschedule. I have already arranged a babysitter and changed my schedule around to make it to this appointment. If you have children, a job, or a life...you may want to reconsider your dentist.
